- Beinlich is a key supplier of precise and reliable pump technologies, with a 75-year tradition, offering a wide range of models, including radial piston pumps, gear pumps, and screw pumps. The company is focused on innovation, exemplified by the ViSCO.mag Progressive Cavity Pump, designed for dosing critical, toxic, and corrosive media. Beinlich serves the process engineering (35%), process technology (35%), and hydraulics (30%) markets
- VSE is a leading expert in volumetric flow meter technology, including the VSI and RS series, which are crucial for high-precision dosing. VSE systems with closed-loop control guarantee a measurement accuracy below 1%, a significant advantage over pressure-time methods (>10% deviation). This precision is essential for micro-dosing, such as in LSR systems or when dosing the smallest amounts of adhesive.
- DST focuses on providing durable magnetic couplings that ensure leak-free and maintenance-free torque transmission. Their couplings offer the solution “no leak. no wear. full force.” and are critical when working with corrosive and toxic media. DST specializes in customized solutions, offering couplings for ultra-high vacuum pressures up to 700 bar and components with ATEX certification (Zone 1…2).
- HBE supplies comprehensive infrastructural components for hydraulic and drive technology, including a wide range of oil reservoirs (up to 20,000 liters) and flexible couplings (Softex®, Starex®). Furthermore, the company offers advanced oil cooling systems (e.g., ACI, ACM, DOC®) and bell housings, emphasizing “Made in Germany” quality.
- Oleotec specializes in monitoring and controlling pressure in hydraulic systems, offering reliable MCS® test points with a poppet valve (Series 621, up to 630 bar). Their offering includes micro-hoses and pressure gauges, both glycerine-filled and digital with data logging functionality (DP1-series).
