In order to meet the needs of universities and companies providing technical training, we design and build hydraulic test benches for didactic use, for learning both the basics and advanced tasks of power hydraulics.
As part of the offer, a training package and a set of exemplary exercises are also prepared, thanks to which students will learn experimentally the principles of operation of oil systems.

A MSD mobile didactic stand was created for the needs of universities and for training employees.
Equipped with a set of hydraulic elements that enable testing the properties of complex hydraulic systems, both industrial and mobile.

It is possible to work on both sides of the stand at the same time.
A measuring vessel was installed for the flow test. The control panel allows you to read the pressure, flow, temperature and position of the moving parts. It also serves as a controller of proportional valves, the operation of which can be regulated by analog signals (voltage or current) and digital (CAN).
The stand is equipped with a hydraulic power unit, containing two piston pumps with a pressure regulator and “load-sensing”. The station is also equipped with appropriate hydraulic and electric wires.

Many of our clients report the need for a didactic stand that will not take up much space. For them, we have created a new, compact version of the stand KSD.
The great advantage of the stand is its simplicity, high quality and low price. The modular structure of the two-sided stand allows for individual configuration and adaptation to customer requirements. It enables the quick connection of hoses and testing of various types of industrial hydraulic systems. The compact design (length 1060 mm x width 600 mm x height 1000 mm) and power supply from the low voltage network (~ 230 V, 50 Hz) allow for the installation of KSD stand in standard classrooms. The hydraulic equipment includes components from renowned manufacturers such as Hawe Hydraulik, Parker or Wika, which guarantees high quality and durability.
